Yes. If the team wants that, we can prepare around your repo, internal patterns, and current development workflow. We can also work under NDA when the examples need to stay private.

How long is a typical onsite session?

One full day works well for an introduction. For teams that want deeper workflow design, codebase-specific exercises, or leadership alignment, two days is stronger. When the goal is long-lasting adoption across a team, three to four days usually has the most durable impact because there is time to teach, apply, review, and adjust the workflow together.

How many people can join?

The format works well for focused groups of roughly 8 to 20 participants. Larger groups are possible, but we usually split hands-on work into smaller facilitation groups.

What should the team prepare?

Participants should bring laptops, access to their normal development environment, and a few representative tasks or pain points. The more clearly participants share their goals, blockers, and pain points beforehand, the more bespoke the preparation can be: examples, exercises, and facilitation can be shaped around the team instead of kept generic.
