Claude Code training for teams
Practical AI coding workshops for engineering, product and design teams, delivered on your real tasks and approved tools. Onsite, offsite or remote.
From individual experiments to team delivery
Your team may already use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Devin, Gemini, or GitHub Copilot. The next step is a shared approach to defining work, providing context to agents and verifying their output. Each workshop is tailored to the team's experience and its current bottlenecks.
Programme content
- Translating a real task into a clear brief with boundaries and acceptance criteria.
- Providing the agent with codebase context and team standards.
- Building small changes that can be reviewed and explained.
- Verifying results against requirements, tests and existing policies.
- Selecting delivery metrics that show whether the workflow is effective.
Engineering teams focus on implementation and review; product and design teams on requirements, prototypes and handoffs. Exercises and expected outputs are agreed in the proposal.
Engagement process
- Introductory call. Objectives and the problem to be solved.
- Stakeholder call. Requirements, perspectives and priorities across the business.
- Proposal. Scope, preparation, delivery format and price.
- Acceptance and scheduling. Planning and preparation of the tasks your team will use.
Prices
- Workshop: USD 1,000 per person per day. Typically two days for ten to thirty people, minimum eight.
- Harness Pulse: USD 1,500 a month to keep the team current after the workshop. The first month is included with every workshop.
Prices exclude VAT. Travel and venue are quoted separately. See pricing and Harness Pulse for details.

What is required before the workshop?
One representative task, the owners of its requirements and review, and access to the tools and data your policies permit. Technical preparation is agreed before delivery.
Can teams with mixed experience be trained together?
Yes. The stakeholder call establishes each participant's starting point and the exercises are adapted accordingly. The team works toward shared planning and review practices.
