Virtual training

Virtual training is built for distributed teams that need the same shared learning experience without travel. The sessions are live, structured, and practical, with enough room for AI coding questions, review examples, and screen-sharing when people get stuck.

We keep the format tighter than an onsite day: short teaching blocks, concrete demos, guided exercises, and optional follow-up sessions. It is a strong fit for teams with busy calendars or engineers spread across locations who still need shared standards.

Workshops are typically two days, minimum eight people.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best virtual workshop for a distributed engineering team?

A live two-day workshop in the team repository, split across shorter blocks when time zones require it. That is the same two-day team workshop as onsite, delivered on Zoom. Book a 30-minute sync to confirm mix and delivery.

Is virtual training live or pre-recorded?

It is live. We use presentation blocks, demos, exercises, and Q&A so participants can ask questions and apply the material during the session.

Can virtual training be split across days?

Yes. The default programme is still two days. We can split that same programme into shorter live blocks when the team is distributed. That is delivery of the two-day workshop, not a separate product, and the fee stays the same.

What tools do participants need?

Participants need their development setup, the AI coding tool being trained, and access to the video call. If we use hands-on exercises, we share any setup notes ahead of time.

Does virtual training work for mixed experience levels?

Yes, as long as we know the mix in advance. We can structure the session so beginners get the core model while experienced users still get more advanced workflow patterns.

Can you record the session?

If your organization wants a recording, we can usually support that, as long as everyone is comfortable with the privacy and internal sharing rules.
